 COMMUNITY POOL RULES & REGULATIONS

Please read carefully. Use of the pool area constitutes acceptance of these rule

General Pool Use

  1. Pool Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  2. No Lifeguard on Duty: Use at your own risk.
  3. Children Under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
  4. Proper Swimwear is required at all times.
    • Children not potty-trained must wear swim diapers (no regular diapers).

Access & Identification

  1. Access via FOB Only.
    • Two (2) FOBs issued per household.
    • FOBs are for immediate family members only.
    • Lost/stolen FOB replacement: $100.
  2. Proof of Residency may be requested by the Association.
  3. Owners assigning rights to tenants may not use amenities themselves.

Guests & Capacity Limits

  1. Each household may bring up to 2 guests.
  2. Homeowners must remain with guests at all times.
  3. Maximum of 6 individuals per household, including guests.
  4. Unattended guests are not allowed.

Behavior & Safety

  1. No diving, jumping, running, horseplay, or dangerous behavior.
  2. No profanity, screaming, or abusive language.
  3. No alcohol, unless served at an official Association event (no swimming during such events).
  4. No glass containers in the pool area.
  5. No pets allowed in the pool area.
  6. Large floatation devices/toys (rafts, surfboards, etc.) are prohibited.
  7. Use of music devices is allowed only with headphones

Facility Use & Maintenance

  1. Pool furniture is first come, first served. No reserving.
  2. Board may initiate pool breaks, requiring everyone to exit the pool temporarily.
  3. No outside games/devices (cornhole, basketball hoops, giant games, etc.)
  4. Residents are responsible for damage caused by themselves, guests, or tenants

Enforcement & Violations

  1. Use of pool is a resident privilege.
    • May be revoked for rule violations or disruptive behavior.
  2. Board members reserve the right to deny access to any person at any time.
